What is your return policy?
Because our care boxes include personal-care items, all sales are final. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Do you Ship Postpartum Boxes?
Yes! We currently ship within the United States. Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days, depending on inventory availability. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package right to its destination.
Can I ship a gift directly to a new Mama?
Yes! Simply enter Mama’s address as the shipping address at checkout, and we’ll send her care package straight to her door. Once the order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
